Participating in the webinar, Shri Mohapatra expressed confidence on the revival of the Hospitality Industry. He underscored that safety, hygiene and sanitization would determine travel decisions of the Guests and Brands will have to ensure adherence to the precautionary measures of the highest standards. This apart he also said every property would need to revisit and revamp its Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) concerning Housekeeping, Food and Beverages Operations, Hygiene Standards in SPA and GYM.
